Some people have multiple issues that they should consider dangerous to people around them. Most people seek help for some help to put them on a more balanced scale. I have quite a few issues myself. I see a Psychiatrist, counselor, and use other therapeutic sources to help. All that is needed from the people is to first recognize them issues and then start a plan of action.
I know this one guy that has six to eight issues. I believe most of them started from a rough childhood. Unfortunately, it does change that he has them. He loves to hold grudges. He is holding a grudge against his mother from 35 years ago about how she made a promise to give him something for straight A grades. He has never forgiven her. Now it causes a problem every time anyone says they are going to do something and it does happen, even if it doesn’t have anything to do with him or his life. Actually, that can be the cause for most of his other issues like anger and alcoholism. If he would work on one at a time he may be able to feel better about his life.
Today, in the age of technology, we can get help from blogs, vlogs, skype, podcasts, webinars, chat, and much more resources. There isn’t any reason to allow yourself to be depressed or using substance abuse as a device in your life. I think we should all consider the happiness we are missing and work on increasing it.
I just wanted to stop by again and leave you with something: As I was driving to pick up my daughter from work, my favorite Christina band came on the radio, and the song that was playing is one of my favorites. It is called, “Just be Held” by Casting Crowns. Look it up sometime. It’s a really good song.
